A natural low intervention wine, funky, fresh and juicy. Short oak ageing, clean and vibrant fruit. If a wine does what it says on the label then these varietals are like sitting at a dining table whilst a crazy Samurai slices bunches of grapes to liberate the juice into your wine glass.
