Pinot Gris 2022 is an awesome orange wine for those new to the style. The handpicked fruit ferments on skins for approximately 10 days with two punch downs each day to encourage extraction, which gives this wine it’s striking salmon hue. Bursting with notes of gooseberry with gorgeous citrussy aromatics and a gentle chalky texture, this is a superb wine to pair with asian cuisine.
