Sudwerk Brewing: Kodiak Black Kolsch - 16oz

Sudwerk Brewing – Kodiak is a bold, malt-forward dark beer that showcases Sudwerk’s classic German-inspired brewing precision with a robust, modern twist. This beer pours deep brown to near-black with a dense, creamy tan head.

Rich aromas of roasted malt lead into flavors of dark chocolate, coffee, toasted bread, and subtle caramel. The body is smooth and full, with a warming presence and restrained hop bitterness that keeps the malt profile balanced rather than overly sweet. The finish is clean, slightly roasty, and lingering.
