From Ross on Wye:

Close your eyes and let this cider take you to a dierent world. A relaxing and winding walk through the coastal orchard, a journey through apple and oak, travelling through time and place with each sip. A wispy, woody cider with the beautiful body of matured Somerset Redstreak, a gentle textured character, low acidity, and a soul with the heart of the orchard, cushioned and warmed by smoke and age.
