Pipeworks | Plum Catcher

A delicate sour ale from Pipeworks brewed with plums and aged on Sakura cherry-blossom wood. Subtle stone fruit and soft floral notes weave through gentle acidity — restrained, elegant and quietly fascinating at 4.4%.
