From Otherworld Brewing:

Sudachi fruit are Japanese hybrid limes with a totally distinctive zesty refreshing flavour. A bready but balanced malt base holds up the complex acidity, tart citrus fruit, and slight green peppercorn brightness in a sharp, refreshing, sessionable sour.
