Delicate and sensual nose opening up with wild strawberry aromas. Unctuous foam leads into a fine, light and delicate wine on the palate. Nice complexity of flavour ending with a lingering finish marked by freshness and red fruits. Summer apéritifs and this sparkling wine is a marvellous match for mousseline desserts and red fruit sorbets. It also goes well with white chocolate desserts or mascarpone mousse with red fruits.

- Hand harvest

- Selected yeast / Alcoolique fermentation low températures by grape varieties separated.

- Growing on full lies until december for fisrt soutirage without sulfites.

- Blend tasting december.

- Bottling from january to june.
