Lifted red berry, dried rose & savory spice from Zaca Mesa Vineyard in Santa Ynez Valley. 20% whole cluster adds grip & perfume, while 25% new French oak lends subtle polish. Fresh, layered & expressive. Organic & sustainably farmed, fermented with wild yeast, aged 19 months on 50% new French oak, unfiltered. Only 123 cases produced.
