Foot-crushed & barrel-fermented from North Canyon Vineyard in Santa Maria Valley. Bright citrus, pear skin & crushed stone with subtle spice & almond warmth from new French oak. Textural, coastal & quietly expressive. Organic & sustainably farmed, fermented on oak with wild yeast, aged 17 months on 25% new French oak, unfiltered. Only 99 cases produced.
