To commemorate the 200th anniversary of the founding of the Kingdom of Bavaria by Maximilian I Joseph, we brewed an export beer in accordance with the Bavarian Purity Law. Maximilian I Joseph was also the first Wittelsbach brewer in Tegernsee in 1817. The Tegernsee brewery remains in the possession of the ducal family to this day.
