From 50 year plus vines, fermented in cement with a 45 day maceration, then 6 years of lees ageing in used oak casks. Massive intensity on the nose and body of the wine with dark and brooding fruit. Dense concentration, structured tannins and complex flavours of blackcurrant, fig, liquorice & truffle.
