Light and easy drinking with a gentle acidity. Juicy red fruits, cherry and enough tannins and minerality to hold it all together. Very crushable, for an afternoon/ evening. Perfect bistro wine, true vin de soif.

An 8 day carbonic maceration, with alcoholic fermentation completed 2 days later, and malolactic a week later. Worked lightly to preserve the fruit and drinkability.
