A highly crushable white wine and a good intro into the wines from DB Schmitt. Scheurebe, Pinot Blanc and Huxelrebe are macerated on skins then blended with directly pressed Pinot Gris and Ortega fruits for subtle tannic and golden-yellow effect. Aromas of white fruits, herbaceous with a hint of peppery spice. Comes in a 1 litre bottle to be enjoyed with good company.
