Burning Sky x Westwell Wines Piquette

Country: UK | Style: Sour | Size: 750ml | %ABV: 5.6

From Burning Sky:

Westwell Wines provided us with lightly pressed Chardonnay grape skins refermented in water. Aged further with mixed fermentation beer, we are pleased to challenge the perceptions of beer and wine - what they are and what they can be.
