Burning Sky Brewery Coolship 2025

Country: UK | Style: Sour | Size: 750ml | %ABV: 6.5

From Burning Sky:

This Coolship is a blend of spontaneously fermented beers brewed from 2021-24. We use a traditional turbid mash schedule followed by an extended boil and wild inoculation overnight in our coolship before transferring to barrels for a lengthy fermentation. Oaky, with a pleasing acidity, this beer is unique to our landscape.
