From Ott:

The outstanding Ladara Bock beer promises maximum enjoyment. This beer matured on bourbon oak wood, which gives the beer its special taste finesse. In addition to clear malt, fine whiskey and clear wood aromas, subtle chocolate, vanilla and caramel aromas can be recognized.
