From Gutmann:

The dark Gutmann Hefeweizen beer's aroma reveals spicy and banana notes, supported by a delicate malt head. On the palate, the roasted aromas provide a subtle caramel and chocolate note, which, paired with the typical yeasty flavors, offers a delicious drinking experience.
