From Beak:

Our SO... series is a project highlighting our finest hop varieties and formats. This release is a celebration of Mosaic, showcased here as our hand-selected T90 & Cryo pellets, BBC & Lupomax pellets, and liquid Dynaboost & Hyperboost, giving classic Mosaic notes of mango and blueberries, with a bit hit of pineapple juice.
